How to recruit interns

Recruiting an intern through Navitas Workforce Solutions is a fast and straightforward process. We will work together with you to develop a customised training plan and help you find the right candidate for your business needs and culture.

Here is how it works:

Step 1

A Navitas Workforce Solutions representative will visit your organisation to discuss your intern and business needs.

Step 2

With your assistance, we will put together an internship agreement that includes key dates, roles and responsibilities of all involved parties.

Step 3

We will review the resumes of potential interns and provide you with a short-list of candidates.

Step 4

Your organisation interviews the candidates and selects an intern.

Step 5

The candidate starts their internship with your organisation, in accordance with the internship agreement.

Step 6

We will monitor the intern’s progress and provide you and the intern with any support needed.

Step 7

At the end of the internship we will visit your organisation to obtain a full de-brief and check in to see if we can be of further assistance. At this stage, you may choose to offer the intern a paid position within your organisation with no obligation or fees payable to us.
