Here is how it works:
A Navitas Workforce Solutions representative will visit your organisation to discuss your intern and business needs.
With your assistance, we will put together an internship agreement that includes key dates, roles and responsibilities of all involved parties.
We will review the resumes of potential interns and provide you with a short-list of candidates.
Your organisation interviews the candidates and selects an intern.
The candidate starts their internship with your organisation, in accordance with the internship agreement.
We will monitor the intern’s progress and provide you and the intern with any support needed.
At the end of the internship we will visit your organisation to obtain a full de-brief and check in to see if we can be of further assistance. At this stage, you may choose to offer the intern a paid position within your organisation with no obligation or fees payable to us.
